Welcome to Healing Serenity Massage! By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

Free Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not be charged.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged.
2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply.
3. Payment & Refunds

If not paid online, payments are due at the end of service.

Refunds are not provided for completed services.
4. Health & Safety

Healing Serenity Massage is not a medical facility. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before booking.

If you feel unwell or have contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

5. Not Claimable Under Benefits

Healing Serenity Massage services are not covered by insurance and cannot be claimed under health benefits.

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for appointment management and communication.
